Love the fact of little land....who wants to do all that lawn cutting anyways? so excited for you guys-- Can't wait to see it-- I will def have to take a trip out there when you move in...hopefully before April???
Andrew agrees with you wholeheartedly about the lawn... he hates mowing! And I hate our lawn looking like crap, so a small yard makes us both happy :) The house should be done by late-Feb/early-March. Perfect timing!
